周琳,男,北京航空航天大学网络空间安全学院副研究员、博士生导师,主要研究方向包括信息论、物理层安全、统计异常检测等。以第一作者身份发表CCF A类期刊论文14篇,其中信息论期刊IEEE TIT 11篇;以第一作者身份在Foundations and Trends in Communication and Information Theory发表英文专著”Finite Blocklength Lossy Source Coding for Discrete Memoryless Sources”;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、北京实验室研究生培养与共建项目等,作为研究骨干参与国家自然科学基金联合项目、国家重点研发计划课题。2014年于上海交通大学信息工程系获学士学位,2018年于新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系获博士学位。2016-2018年连续3年荣获IEEE ISIT Student Travel Grant,2019年入选北航“卓越百人计划”,2021年入选国家级青年人才计划与北航第十一批“青年拔尖人才计划”,2022年获中国指挥与控制学会科学进步一等奖(3/15)与中国电子学会信息论分会青年新星。
