摘要:

The internet of vehicles (IoV) serves as a fundamental component of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), facilitating real-time information exchange and interaction among vehicles. Since ground networks are often unable to deliver timely services due to traffic congestion, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-aided IoV systems can maintain high-quality data transmission, prolonging network lifespan. Meanwhile, the age of information (AoI) effectively quantifies the time elapsed since the most recent successful transmission of sensing data, which is essential for time-sensitive automotive applications. Despite this, the line-of-sight (LoS) channels of UAVs are susceptible to eavesdropping attacks. In this paper, we propose a secure deployment scheme for UAV-aided IoV systems based on AoI, aiming to achieve an optimal balance between security and real-time performance. Specifically, we derive the expression of Peak AoI (PAoI) with imperfect channel state information (CSI) of eavesdroppers and potential packet decoding errors. Then, the objective function is defined as the weighted product of the PAoI gap and the PAoI utility of the base station, and a deployment algorithm based on hybrid simulated annealing-particle swarm optimization (SA-PSO) is developed to optimize the altitude and spacing of UAVs. Simulation results indicate that our proposed scheme significantly improves security as well as the timeliness of data transmission.
